Hey July is the work of illustrator and surface designer Anna Strain.  Her designs use a range of mediums including digital, gouache, watercolor painting, and collage.

Anna is inspired by the interactive aspects of surface design, and how illustration and pattern making can inspire cheer through what we wear and use, and within our spaces. She worked for several years in the interior design industry, which shaped her perspective on how color and design can positively influence our daily experiences.
